Validation of Nondestructive Testing Equipment for Concrete - Phase I
Abstract:The objective of this project is to design, construct and implement first-stage certification capabilities for calibrating and validating methodologies for the NDT/NDE of structural concrete materials and members. The project will specifically produce concrete specimens with known characteristics for calibration/validation activities, and an automated scanning system for controlling and conducting NDT/NDE experiments on the certification specimens.
