Specializations:Geostructural and construction engineering services as they are applied to tunnels, dams, bridges, pipelines, energy and marine systems and other infrastructure projects;the use of numerical modeling in the design and construction process of engineered systems to optimize the selection of construction alternatives and sequencing to meet performance objectives against an identified level of risk to achieve cost effective, constructible designs;expertise in planning, vulnerability assessment, design, construction and implementation of mitigation measures to enhance the survivability of commercial and industrial facilities from the effects of accidental explosions, conventional and nuclear weapons and terrorist attacks
